Each product has detailed manufacturing process documentation and all staff are certified as trained on the manufacturing process for each type of product. Top-level management conducts regular quality meetings to audit the status of our quality systems and to monitor quality system effectiveness. This commitment to quality runs consistently throughout Lyon Technologies, Inc. departments.
We have the capability of working in an extensive variety of materials, in a broad range of shapes and sizes.
Some of the materials include:

•Aluminum - 5000 Series, 5052,6000 Series, 6061 T6,6061 T4, 6000 and 7000 series; in angles, channels,
bar, tubing, I-Beams, and extrusions.
•Stainless Steel - 300 Series Sheet metal.
